Hi, I’m Laura!

I’m a UX Designer based in Minneapolis, MN.

As a former elementary school teacher, I spent over 10 years educating young minds as a 5th and 3rd grade teacher in the Anoka Hennepin School District. I loved building meaningful relationships with my students, and spent a lot of time carefully and thoughtfully designing learner focused educational experiences that would meet the needs and goals of my diverse groups of students.

Now a UX Designer, I’m passionate about helping to create meaningful, human-centered experiences that improve people’s lives. I believe that through empathy, creativity and collaboration, solutions to any problem can be found.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me petting other people’s dogs and exploring all the beautiful MN State Parks and National Parks.
